Returning Patient

Cupping is effective for managing chronic pain, low back pain, neck pain, and tight muscles. It helps increase blood flow and eliminate toxins. 
A therapeutic deep tissue technique that utilizes a manual vacuum pump to create force beneath plastic cups. Applied onto the skin's surface across the back with Light, Medium or Deep pressure. Cups are left for a minimum of 5- 10 Minutes, for new clients, and longer times for experienced clients. Silicone cups also used on arms & legs. Light bruising, redness, may occur. Waiver required to book.

Cupping Therapy

This focused treatment utilizes Ayurvedic Scalp Massage,  MLD ( manual lymph drainage) and Swedish techniques to relieve pain & tension in the face, head, jaw, and neck.
Face & Scalp Massage is not only deeply relaxing, it can help relieve Headaches, Migraines, TMJ, Allergies, and whiplash injuries.
Session is adjusted to your individual concerns.
 Includes hot towels, custom aromatherapy blend and massage of arms, hands, face, head and neck. *Optional* Ayurvedic Scalp Oil also included

Face, Head and Neck Massage

Following your 75 Minute Massage, pamper yourself with a rejuvenating Facial Massage.  Luxurious hot towels applied to steam face, neck and décolletage.  
Sugar Coconut scrub cleanse, reduces puffiness and inflammation. 
Facial massage, Gua Sha rolling & cold stones, stimulates blood circulation and improves the appearance of the skin. 
Includes custom toner & aromatherapy oil blend.
*Please allow Two hours for your appointment, 
 If possible arrive in minimal makeup.
Products are pure, natural and made in house.

Facial Massage

A luxurious spa treatment used to help you relax, promote sleep and ease tense muscles throughout your body.
 Smooth, flat, Heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body 
(back, legs, hands, feet) as your therapist holds hot stones using Swedish Massage techniques eases you into pure relaxation.
Custom Aromatherapy Included. Please allow 90 Minutes for Session.
Treatment time is 75 Minutes, 15 Minutes post treatment to rest, cool down, and hydrate.

Hot Stone Massage

Improve your Team’s morale and encourage self care with an In-Office wellness day.
Massage Therapy is not only relaxing, regular massage has been proven to reduce stress, aid productivity, and improve mood.
Seated chair massage focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms.
A typical worksite chair massage is 10-20 minutes. The individual remains fully clothed and sits on a specially designed chair.

Group sessions are great for family gatherings, ladies weekends and special occasions!

SESSION SPECIFICS
Session minimums are two hours, maximum four hours. 
Treatments can be 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
There will be a 5 minute turn over in between each person to sanitize the chair.
Sessions lasting longer than 3 hours will have a 20 minute break after the third hour.

Session Base Rate; $250 ( covers first hour of massage, setup/ breakdown, transition and travel time)
● Each additional hour is $100,
● Additional charges for travel outside of my service area. (Service area is 15 miles from my location)
● Deposit Required at time of booking to secure your date.
